"My wife and I asked Dan and his team to help us with a renovation project on a property that we bought that needed a lot of working doing to it. It was a daunting task and we were somewhat out of our depth. 

 

From the start Dan was great. He was able to come and assess the job and was quick to respond with a detailed quote which helped us to make an informed decision on our next steps.

 

We had a pretty good idea as to what we wanted to achieve and Dan was great in terms of providing ideas and possible solutions to our issues.

 

Whilst working on the job, Dan and the team encountered a number of problems (old houses have a way of springing surprises on you). The team handled them brilliantly. They were always calm and they always found a solution to issues that arose. 

 

I’ve worked with a variety of tradesman and contractors in the past but something that is really refreshing about Dan and his team is that they have a real pride in what they do and they seem to treat the job as if they were working on their own place. I didn’t even have to initiate a conversation about the minor snagging issues, Dan had a list of jobs and told me when they would be completed.

 

Above all, the thing I valued about Dan and his team (other than the quality work) was their honesty and Dan’s communication skills are exceptional. I was never left wondering when a job was going to be completed. We’ll be using their services again."
